Who has the best E9 cartos in your opinion. Here's the deal, I usually buy the tobacco carts from Smoke51 because I like the really heavy taste and plumes of vapor. There's something about those cartos that makes them kick ..... As usual, I'm on the quest for something else (maybe) but don't want to give up the heavier hit and vapor production. Smoke51 is a bit pricey but I usually do the 30% off coupon. Just a curiosity for you all.
