For those of us who do not use syringes, refilling can be often be a hit or miss affair.
I ordered liquid from Puresmoker for the first time just before the move. When I got the bottle, it's nozzle was shorter and stouter than I was accustomed to so my carts were harder to fill. I then hit upon the idea of removing the tiny cores from the carts and filling them. Giving the cart a good whacking will dislodge them but that seemed like too much work, that and searching for the core when it goes flying out across the room encouraged me to find other methods. What I needed was the proper tool. At first I thought about using tweezers, but the throat of the carts were too narrow for any that I had on hand. The solution was sitting there on my desk the whole time: drinking straws! Some are too small for the task, but the ones you typically get from fast food joints are just the right size. If you flare one end slightly with the tip of an ink pen you can make yourself a handy dandy core wrench. Just insert it into the cart and twist it into position and press down around the core. Then pull it out, wipe it off with a tissue (to keep the juice off your hands), pull the core out of the straw, and presto a much easier filling experience. When the core is full just drop it back into the cart and seat it with the silicone plug. I typically do 8 or groups of 8 per session because I can fit 8 unwrapped carts in the same box that the 5 prepackaged carts came in. I then store these boxes in ZipLok baggies and keep them in a cool, dark place until ready for use.
Hope y'all find this helpful.
