i have very little experience with electronics and i want to make a VV mod with a display for voltage and ohms what would be the easiest way for me to do this? i made 2 mods so far but i want to go vv and dont want to have to use something to find out what my voltage is and now that im recoiling my Vivi Nova attys it would be nice to see what my ohms are.

This one looks suspiciously similar to the one used in the Provari. There's a youtube video embedded in the post where the poster goes through the menu system and shows you how it works. I really like the features, although I have never touched one. I could see the similarity to my Provari as she took it through its paces.

I think this is very suitable no matter what your level of electronic expertise. It has 5 or 6 wires and they hook up according to the connection diagram ... two to the battery, two to the switch, and two to the output.

Does anyone know how to get their hands on the Nivel chip? I would really like one or two to play with.
