Shipping times were spot on with what is indicated to expect on the website. My order happened to arrive on the holiday so it was delayed only because I had it sent to my office instead of home and we were closed. Go figure!

Got exactly what I ordered in a nice, small box. Printed invoice with hand checked item list (every item was accounted for by a red pen check mark). Liquid was cheap and tastes great.

As mentioned in another thread, shipping info is scarce once it is released from customs in China. That would be USPS's fault; once the package hit ground here and began its trek to me, everything updates as expected.

Additional Note:

I say it is USPS' fault because shortly after my order they had a status online which did not update for several days, while EMS' website had already indicated it cleared customs and was handed off for shipping.

And oh yeah the stick rocks too..hehe

Edit: I ordered on the 17th locally (probably closer to 18th there) and it was "delivered" on the 27th at 2:00PM but I was not there to receive it so I got it today at 8:00 AM. 10 actual days, but 8 business days. If you are not at the end of your stock and can wait...you can save a few bucks. But with many US suppliers right now, they are so back ordered on important items that you may get it faster anyway.

If it says on your USPS tracking that it was released from customs and dispatched from sorting facility, then give it a few days. For example:

Inbound International Arrival, November 25, 2009, 11:51 pm, ISC NEW YORK NY(USPS)

Origin Post is Preparing Shipment

Foreign Acceptance, November 18, 2009, 9:12 pm
So from the time I ordered until the 25th I saw no updates. How long has it been since your order? East Mall seems to be on top of their reputation and will help you out if there is a problem.

My 1st order arrived in 6 days which was excellent. My last order was placed and dispatched on Nov. 18, one day after yours, wardog. It was handed over to customs in Guangzhou that same day and that's the only info that's been posted. Something's not right...

Besides hardware, I had 30 ml of 60 mg PG nic juice in this order. Maybe that's what's holding it up. Did you have juice in your order, wardog?

I placed an order on nov.27. Right now it says arrived in n.y. on the 30th. This one includes liquid.Last time my shipment was delivered before usps tracking updated that it had left New York. (7 days last time from order to delivery)

yeah i as much as i like tracking i dont let it phase me if its USPS. they kinda suck at tracking if you ask me. My first order to NC took 6 days from order to delivery so i expect similar this time. as far as back ups in mail for USPS packages arent seriously affected if they are small. its letters (due to a influx of Cards) that gets slowed horribly in sorting. I got that from an employee i know from USPS. now I do know if it was UPS its another story at my college alot of students work sorting at the hub and say christmas is "chaos" at UPS.

Bluesuede, both my orders had juice in them (lots of juice!)...the first one took just over a week to get to me in the UK, this last order seems to be held up in the dreaded "Guangzhou Triangle"...so I don't think you need to worry about the content of your order holding things up...it just seems that they have a massive backlog of stuff to get through (or they are lazy like UK customs monkeys).

My order did contain juice and hardware. And, as East Mall says on their site, with the Holidays approaching, shipping is getting bogged down everywhere. I would check the EMS tracking info too and see if anything has changed.
