I wouldn't say for sure that she white lied to you. Unless it's being scanned by the career at pick up, it could have taken a couple days to get scanned by the post office. It was shortly after cyber Monday, plus many delays are happening because of weather and the holiday rush. Is give them the benefit of the doubt. I've noticed vendors that usually have the acceptance scanned in by 2-3 pm in the afternoon have been getting their acceptance scan done much later.

I see you have already received lots of comments on the subject but I have one more just to show how poor USPS tracking can be. I ordered a new iTaste 3 VV and Protank mini. I kept checking the tracking (excited to finally step up from my plain old eGo battery) and it had never showed that it shipped. So I contacted the company and they assured me that it did. I received the package and everything was great but to this day the tracking still does not show the package shipped anywhere.

OOh she def lied

I never could understand this but in a few industries ive worked in
I noticed people who are in the position of taking those phone calls from complaining customers
would often tell them what they want to hear rather then the truth

I always felt that causes more problems in the long run
now that I have my own buis
I always try to tell people the facts even if they don't like it ( it def costs me from time to time)
But this is how I would like to be told so that's the way I do it

But that is not the norm
most people in customer service situations have a tendency to try to make a bad situation sound better then it is

I run a retail sign shop--always under promise and over perform. Clients may not like to hear what the facts are regarding production times but telling them something other than the truth to get them off your back is not good business practice IMO. Not saying that is what happened here but it could be...

Well my order actually did come in yesterday, a day ahead of time. So overall, it was 13 days from order to my door. Not bad at all, under the circumstances. If the scans are all correct, which they really appear to be, as timestamps are all consecutive, then USPS is running very efficiently atm. They actually seem to do a pretty good job in this part of the country.. can't say I've ever had a issue with them.

When I looked at Steam juice's facebook, it seemed like quite a few people are waiting for their orders still. I think the promo they ran was more successful than they had anticipated, so they must be burried. I'd shoot them a message if you're concerned.. they got back to me very promptly.

I'm curious too. I haven't gone back and tried mine again since I last posted. I have so much juice sitting around that I've been vaping up some other stuff to see if it gets donated or stays in the collection.

You know.. overall, I really like them. I started out with the Toasted RY4, and while I had something completely different in mind, I'm not disappointed with what it is. It's a very lightly flavored, clean tasting vape. I get mostly marshmallow, though not toasted.. vanilla, caramel, cream.. can't taste the tobacco, but I can feel its in there.. also hints of banana too. It all comes together though, in a very cohesive and delicate way. This is not a flavor bombshell at all, but rather like a wallflower.. sweet, shy.. easy to get along with, won't get on your nerves too fast, if at all.

All too often I find myself seduced by the big, robust sexy flavors... but considering I've gone thru at least 5ml of this already, which is alarmingly fast for my typical consumption... I wonder if I need to rethink my policy on what's good, or not good.

The big flavors.. while initially such a thrill to me.. cause me a little bit of anxiety when it comes time to fill my tank. It's like, I love you... But can I really handle you right now?

Toasted RY4 is the perfect answer to that anxiety. In addition, its a very comfortable "feeling" vape.. something about the base ingredients give a smoother, fuller mouthfeel than many of the other juices I have tried.

The others.. haven't spent enough time on them to have an opinion. First impression is.. they are more flavorful than the toasted ry4. So far, so good.

I totally get it. I love bold flavors but many times they are too bold. For those times I keep a couple lighter flavors on hand.

To the OP - I vote that it's the USPS's fault. Here's my package's story:

12/1 shipped from Ukraine

12/7 processed through ISC NYC, customs

12/8 processed through Garden City, NY

The rest are all in Chicagoland:

12/12 processed through Elk Grove Village

12/13-12/14 processed through Forest Park

12/14 processed through Westmont

12/15 processed through Elk Grove Village

And I left out the departure and arrival scans.

So, it appears my package delivery was fine until it arrived in this black hole!

USPS tracking can be inaccurate. Their system is not as advanced as UPS or FedEx. They're just too expensive to ship small vaping supplies, lol. Shipping would be qual to purchase!

That being said I'm in a similar boat from two vendors who sent me tracking info one Friday and one Saturday. Nothing has moved since. It's kind of an annoying practice, even though I know they have it ready to go on Monday. I'd rather get the email at pickup. But, whatever. Hah.

I'd bet that they either have it in a lot of packages that are waiting pickup, or it spent a long time on a truck, or waiting at a sort facility. I'd only bet that from experience shipping /out/ rather than receiving. Like... I dropped it off 6 hours ago and nothing yet? Because no ones picked it up yet

I'd give her the benefit of the doubt, perhaps while looking it up she really believed it had shipped.
