If it's any consolation I have ordered from them twice and the order and shipping went very fast. Also contacted them about some advice on which juices to order and they replied within two hours. So hopefully this is just a wonky, doesn't always happen kind of thing.

How did you like their juice, Pam? I doubt I could hold a grudge if its a good product.

Anyways, I did not get the package today. Also no updates on movement. Last scan was departing the sort facility last night in Santa Clarita, CA. Scheduled delivery is for the 12th. We shall see!

You are definitely not alone in your shipping woes! One order I made just after midnight on Black Friday didn't even get filled for a week. I wrote, the owner simply wrote back to say that she typically fills orders with 5 days (it was already 7.) In a couple days, she had a note on the website that she was filling orders as quickly as possible. I've been notified of shipment by now, but still don't have the product.

The other order that I still don't have was made on the 6th from Tempe, Ariz., 2 day priority mail, and if tracking info is to be believed, is still sitting in Phoenix!

I'm giving all the benefit of the doubt - small companies, lots of orders, the snow/ice around the country, and 2 holiday seasons....still not happy, but not much we can do but wait....and hope everything shows up soon!!

I just think some people are afraid of people being angry with them

I had to break my wife out of a habit of telling me what I want to hear when she thought I might not like the truth

It has always been a pet peeve with me as well
But its also what I've had to learn to deal with even with vendors I need to deal with in business

It seems all to common and I think its based on fear of people being angry with them

It's pretty good. I have a super, super hard time finding any juices that I like (tried well over 150 different flavors from dozens and dozens and yes, dozens of different vendors). I haven't re-ordered from them but I also didn't think "yuck". So that's actually a bit of praise coming from me.

I totally get why you feel hesitant about your purchase though. If ya think you've been lied to that's definitely off-putting. Hopefully it was simply an error on the P.O.'s end.

USPS tracking is much better than it was a few years ago, but it is still quite bad. I've had shipments arrive before any tracking info showed up, I've seen obviously impossible tracking info. I've had a package dropped off on Friday but not even touched by the post office until the following Thursday.

Chances are you weren't lied to, it's just the ever-inefficient government causing the issues.

I just finished my busy season

I got to say out of 125 pieces sent out (I will send to 17 states including CA I'm in NY)
I had an Issue with 1 that took 7 days to reach destination

now last year on the other and it was a mess

I tend towards bakery/creamy type flavors (and nutty flavors). I bought VBIC (vanilla bean ice cream), Jerry juice and Coco Caramel Cream. You've piqued my interest now. I need to give them all another try. It's been awhile (probably 2-3 months since I bought them) and I order so much darn juice that often times I have bottles just languishing in the background. Think I'll load all of them up tomorrow and will get back to you.

Juice landed in St. Paul last night. It *could* be on a truck for today's delivery as it has already depart the sort facility. But if not today, tomorrow for sure. Schedule delivery was for the 12th, so everything seems to be running efficiently from USPS's end.

It really appears that all the scans have been accurate. Nothing is out of order, nothing weird.. only thing that's not consistent is when she said she shipped it. Sigh.

Reading this made me go look at their site-nice pictures and layout. Toasted Rye4 looks real interesting. I wonder if it's similar to AIVs 15 Foot Falls. I really like 15 Foot Falls for the first tank or two until it clogs up my coil and develops a burnt taste. Please report back on how you like the Toasted Rye4. Could be on my list for next year!

I recently sent packages (not vape related) to friends. Sent them priority, USPS picked them up- neither gave accurate tracking info. One arrived to them in Calif. and it still showed processing. Very weird.
