East TN Vapor Meeting - 3/19/11

OK, it is official, we will be having the first ever East TN Vapor Meeting at the Downtown Grill & Brewery Knoxville's Downtown Grill & Brewery thanks to TennDave. The event will start at 2:00 pm and last as long as they will let us stay, or we get tired of each other, LOL We may have a private room or we may be in the back area upstairs, also a possibility of the outside patio if the weather cooperates, the main thing is we need to be respectful of other diners if they are in the area.

I am in the process of contacting several vendors about possible door prizes as well. Please bring anything you are willing to share/showoff/trade/PIF or whatever that is vaping related. I will be giving away a MAP tank to someone!

What I need and Dave needs is to know a head count of how many we can expect. So if you are bringing other vapers that may not be on ECF then please let us know here.

I'm hoping we can make this a regular event and look forward to seeing everyone.

LOL, well that is true! I am still using analogs, but instead of my usual 40/day I'm down to 20/day (yesterday 15!) it is shocking to me since my goal was to cut back, not quit...but I see now that quitting is a possibility!

should I contact the vendors I have bought from RE: door prizes ? if you want me to, let me know

cags, if you wish to do that you can. I will be talking with several that I have dealt with and hopefully we can get some nice door prizes. Of course projected turn out will have a lot to do with vendors willing to share, that is why we need people posting if they are coming.

I will be bringing some BWB juice for people to try as well. Also a big thanks to eJoker for placing our event on the ECF calendar as well.
