Eastmall 510 LR attys ruined!! (Changed design)

I have been a dripper forever and I have always bought EM LR 510 attys and debridged them. They have alway worked flawless and gave a great vape. One would usually last on average a month or more with heavy vaping and my own DIY RY4. I just ordered a new set of 20 and I was so disappointed. The old attys debridged awesomely and the coil was alway at least 7 or 8 winds to make the coil and was tight and alway burned nice. Also there was no wicking material or at least only a few strands once I got finished debridging. It seems that the atty design has changed. Under inspection the wire is of thinner gauge and you would be lucky to find 4 wraps of the coil. Also it seems that they have started wrapping the wire around the wicking material so it's almost impossible to remove. Looks like I am done with eastmall and their LR attys. I don't know what system I'm going to go too but probably some kind of a tank system. Ughhhhhh

That sucks man. It's always a kicker when you have something that works well for you and suddenly it's not there for you. It's hard to find a great setup in vaping sometimes.
