Eastmall problems with hardware

I purchased the new indulgence with extended cup for 18650 batteries from Eastmall and have nothing but problems. The extender cups are 83 mm long and the batteries are only 67 mm long. The spring inside is only about 8 mm long which leaves about 7 mm for the battery to slosh around inside and not make contact of course. The second problem was I ordered the tips for the 901(also getting tips for the 801, 401 and 510 which were a set) but the threads did not work. The normal threads for roughly 3/16 of an inch are about 5 but the tips i received only had about 4 threads. so I contacted Eastmall and Selina got back to me. She sent out two new extender cups and 2 sets of tips taking another 10 days. They were identical to the wrongs ones already sent. Now she wants me to pay for shipping back to their us receiving center.
I gave up!! I ordered some magnets to extend the batteries and some adapters from the other tips which were in the set to the 901/KR808D1. Why does live have to be so had!!

I would suggest filing a dispute with Paypal or your CC if you cannot get any satisfaction from them to get a refund. If you go over to the EM forum you will see you are not the only one having issues with EM merchandise now. It seems that they may have changed who supplies their products recently from what can be gleaned. I do not know if that includes the Indulgence but the LR510 atties are a big hot issue right now.

I had tried to extend the springs but doubling their size is just not right!

I have been in email contact with them for over three weeks.

Up until this last order, I had been completely happy with Eastmall except for shipping time but I could live with that.

They have agreed to refund the money for the wrong parts.
