This even actually happened when I first got into vaping/quitting cigs several months ago, but a recent post I read motivated me to post this up.
I had a terrible experience with Eastmall (I know i'm gonna get some flack for this cuz so many people praise them). When I first started vaping I spent $212 on a 901 PCC kit, spare batteries and atomizers, 2 DSE 601s and various other small parts and chargers. Out of that batch, $145 worth of product arrived DOA or faulty:
3 X 901 batteries arrived DOA = $25
2 DSE601s (e-pipe) stopped working after a few minutes = $120
this severely sucked since one of those DSE 601s was a birthday present for a friend who wanted to quit as well. After several attempts of trying to contact them (I spent weeks contacting them as well as paypal but nothing was being done), I finally got the point as they had turned a blind eye to me. This was extremely stressful as I had heard from other people that Eastmall was the way to go.
I never got my money back and I still have the graveyard of my eastmall purchase.
Lesson learned as I only buy from domestic companies now, I do have a real hate for Eastmall however, because of this horrendous experience I had picked up smoking again VERY heavily (2 1/2 packs a day) because of all the stress (financially, times were hard and I needed that money if all i got was junk). Luckily I stuck through it, saved my money again, and bought from reputable companies based in the states and I haven't looked back. My advice to you, stick to companies that will stand behind their products, this isn't supposed to be a "Game" of any sorts, this is in regards to your health and you need the best help you can get. These companies actually got me off the cancer sticks and i truly thank them: vaporkings, madvapes, litecigusa, atmosusa. johnsons creek
Unfortunately my friend is still smoking today, he was very enthused about the E-pipe 601 because of the "Ballerness" of it and the vapor production, but because it shut down after 2 minutes of vaping it just wasn't practical.
I could not recommend anyone to purchase from Eastmall ever again
