Eastmall warranty?

Hi,

Anyone else had problems with Eastmall before? I just got my first ever order a week ago. I love the e-cig concept but the product quality is shocking. The Indulgence seems to have mind of its own. It sometimes works but most of the times it doesn`t. I sent an email to Eastmall the next day after the delivery but have no answer whatsoever. Did anyone claimed warranty with them?

Any info would be appreciated.

You should probably ask in their supplier forum....

They mention a few times in there that the contact email address on the website is wrong, but since they are trying to get a new site up, they haven't changed it. I think it's caused confusion for a few people already.

I've never ordered from them, but have been looking at the Indulgence a lot lately, so I've been reading their forum a lot. They seem pretty responsive to issues posted there.

My experience is that EastMall will take care of you. eastmallcs@gmail.com is the customer service address.

I should`ve said earlier that the message was sent to the new customer service address (eastmallcs@gmail.com). Still - no answer for a week now.

Unfortunately I cannot post in the supplier forum as I`m a new member here :(

I guess I should try sending them another message.

I have been ordering from Eastmall many times since Ocober 2009 and have never had a problem with any of their products. It would be silly to order $15 worth of stuff from any supplier in China as EMS shipping is $15. No logic in that, is there?

I have had NO issues with my Indulgence and I vape it constantly, all day, all night. Performs like a champ and I'm a serial vaper. :D

If there's a problem simply contact EM customer service at eastmallcs@gmail.com EM honors all warranties and in most cases will simply replace the item if there's a problem without the need to return problem/defective item. I love 'em!

Yes, I'm an EM fan and I will continue to be one. It's my main supplier now. I couldn't be happier. :banana:

It has been brought to my attention by a rep from Eastmall that I have unfairly spoken about the indulgence and not mentioned problems that have occurred with the GG line of products.

I am only speaking from my own personal experience, I own 10 GG's and have not had a problem with any of them, I do not and have never personally owned an indulgence. It might be true that GG's have also had there share of problems but in my surfing time on this forum my "PERSONAL" experience has shown me more negative threads about the indulgence then about the GG.

I apologize if Eastmall and it's representative feel that they have been unfairly slandered in any way and suggest that any ECF members who might have read my post search the threads and determine for themselves the quality of the Indulgence and the GG.

Then I think he should PM Di and send her copies of his emails as apparantly they have not been received. I know they want to help him out. Not the first time stuff disappears into a black hole. Not a fan of Google anything but until the new website is up there's not much anyone can do except be patient. I will post to him and suggest this. He needs to get his post count up to 10 apparantly to be able to post in supplier forums...

Hey ho! Let's see if we can get your post count up to 10!! You should really PM Eastmall (Di or Mudman) and supply copies of emails you sent so they can help you out. They will bend over backwards to take care of you...

But like I said previously, you need to get your post count up to 10 from what I understand. Then you can PM and post on the EM boards. ECF rules... Hope that helps. :)

Wait a minute. Lets see if i've got this right. A customer has a problem with the product and instead of asking for an Order No. or other details, the rep blames a forum newbie for not finding the Eastmall forum.

Instead of searching their inbox for the 2 lost emails, they instead went after their very own customer Col. Gaunt by trying to censor his forum post. So they are upset that Col. Gaunt bought from 2 suppliers and found one product to be better than the other?

Gmail is fine. I use it and have never had a problem with it. They are more reliable than my own company email at times :laugh:

To the OP, its fine whether or not you ever want to order from them but its your right to get your product queries answered. After all, what you purchased is not a cheap item.
