I've been using the Kanger Subtanks with the RBA base pretty much since their inception. But all my tanks are getting worn out to the point they're barely functioning. The insulators, screws, gaskets etc. So I'm looking for a replacement. I just want a tank that's dead simple to build in. I vape 0.98ohms @ 13 watts. I do direct lung hits, not mouth to lung. And I rotate juices throughout the day, so I'll be looking to buy 3-5 tanks. The more affordable the better.

So what's the current cheap & easy to build RTA? Notice the T in RTA, no RDA's for me.

If you need some spare Parts to get by, LMK. I have a few Sub and Top Tank Mini odds and ends laying around.

Sounds like you 'rebuild' far more often than I do - sweet juice? Still using a ~nine year old Kanger Subtank mini. Daily driver for ~seven years after I ditched those silly Ego style. Have replaced the glass more times than the coils. Re-wick about once a month but the coils last for years at 1.5 ohms.

Three years ago bought three down in the Member Classifieds. Two were new old stock, one very slightly used. Two different sellers, both transactions went smoothly. Might be worth posting a wanted.

I rebuild every few days. The juices I use aren't super sweet, no candy or drink flavors here. But they are mentholated fruits, so yeah I rebuild more often than I like. Plus I pretty much chain vape 6mg. If I was smart I'd up the nic so I wouldn't vape as much, but meh, I've been on 6 so long I don't see the need to switch now.

I looked into the Brunhilde. I believe y'all that it's a great vaping experience, but it looks a bit much for me. I'm a simple man & it looks way too fancy for me. But I appreciate the recommendations.
if thats your way of saying it's ugly.

i agree!

Actually much easier to build on an rdta than any rba or rta. Top coolers are much easier to maintain as well. That being said if knocked over will likely leak, not as badly if you use the rods.
