Easy Resistance, No Resistance Coil build

About a week ago I saw a video for a easy, clean Resistance / No Resistance wire build and cant find it. I cant remember where I saw it, it was a female with rough English speaking and she was looping the wire and bringing it thru itself and pulling tight to make a really clean knot. Any other direction to a video showing this type of Res/No Res wire build would be cool too. Thanks
