OK for everybody who doesn't like the whistle tip or for whatever reason just has to use their own drip tip here is a super easy way I have found that anybody can do to use your own drip tip or whatever on the new killer Sapphire Bud carto.
Its not the most beautiful or graceful thing but it works like a charm.
You will need a piece of clear 3/8 id flexible plastic tubing the kind you get off the roll by the foot at home depo or lowes or whatever hardware store ** my tubing is not marked and I just measured what I used. You will want a piece 1/2 inch long and try to cut it straight lol
Get an old vortex tube if you have one or any clearo tube you have that fits your drip tip should work.
Cut this tube about 3/4 inch long or leave it as you wish but if it is too short then your drip tip will hit the fill plug and cut off the air flow.
Take the whistle tip off your Sapphire and take the piece of tubing and slide it over the top of the Sapphire until the end is about flush with the lip of the fill plug. Then take your vortex / clearo tube and insert it into the tubing and push it all the way in. It will stop on the little ledge like the orignal did. Then put in the drip tip of your choice.
And then vape your happy .... off cuz you got your dt on a Sapphire lol
