Travelling to Europe on Easyjet in the summer. I've looked online to see IF I can vape on an Easyjet flight, however... the advice is not clear. Some posted letters (From EasyJet) ALLOWING it .... others posted letters (From Easyjet) ... NOT allowing it. Needles to say, I'm confused  as to what to believe. ( I KNOW ... Why don't I inquire myself ?? :p Too lazy lolololol. The Net is TOO handy). That said, does ANYONE know how Easyjet stands with vaping on flights in 2012? Though I am certain it will be a 'NO' just as Thomson was last year (September 2011).

Hey, you don't get if you don't ask  :)))))

As far as I know there aren't any regulatory rules against it but, most airlines say no. They say they don't want to have to explain to other passengers what you're doing. I have taken a stealth hit or two and I haven't been all that stealthy. It's the kind of thing that is against the rules but, if you're discrete, no one really cares. Sort of like wrapping a napkin around a beer can when you're drinking outside in some places. In the airport, it's usually all right to do openly. I did get a very curious stare from a nun while I was doing it though. I smiled and said I wasn't smoking. She never said a word. No one else seemed to notice.

You won't be able to hide it from your seatmates so, you might ask. I didn't and the there was a German guy next to me. He finally asked me if those things worked. He laughed out loud when I grinned and said, "They work but, don't tell anyone I'm using it on here. It's against the rules." :)

Just been on a couple of relatively short Easyjet flights (1.5 hours each). Vaped happily away, no-one said a word. My PV isn't exactly inconspicuous (see avatar); but I'd hold the vapour in long enough so that nothing visible came out when I exhaled.

I did make sure not to be vaping when the cabin crew were walking up and down checking seatbelts before takeoff/landing, just to keep it quiet. No-one was next to me, but the guy on the other side of the empty seat next to me didn't bat an eyelid, or probably even notice.

Happy vaping! :vapor:

If you have a nic fit just vape in the bathroom. It won't set the smoke alarm off and odds are it will smell better than when you went in. ;-)

Maybe I'm just a germaphobe, but i would not want airport bathroom air going through my carto

in fact i dont vape in any bathroom, or whenever i smell skunk/sewage plant/etc. while driving.
