The dripper uses a completely different internal layout- a replaceable ceramic cup system- but in essence, if there is any notable difference in the vape quality, it would have more to do with how you set up your rigs than the innate design features.
One thing I will say is that the layout of the IGO is tried-and-true; Most dripping atomizers (and even some other types of
rba's) use the same, two-post, horizontal-coil layout (as a side note, you can convert these to vertical coil setups as well). It is easy to use and versatile.
As far as quality, I have not seen any manufacturers out of china that can come close to the quality of products made by Youde (the maker of the AGA and IGO). The only exception might be the Odysseus clones. There was one person who broke their IGO before the first use, but it appears to be an isolated event.
As far as price, you'll be paying for high quality, beauty and a name. It's the same as making a choice between a chinese telescopic tube and something like the GGTS, 69 Mod, GUS Tele, etc. Will the expensive one work better? maybe slightly...but for 1/4 to 1/8 the price of the high-end mods, the Chinese one won't be as much of a disappointment if you don't like it.
That said, high-end mods hold their value, and chinese devices generally do not do so as well.
Hope this helps!
