Ebay, anyone?

I notice there is not much ecig stuff available on EBay and I'm confused as to why. I've seen enough items on there to lead me to believe that it is "legal" to sell these things. But not nearly enough to reflect the hundreds upon hundreds of e stores that carry this stuff. What is going on?

I often wondered about that as well. Seems like a nice venue to sell gear. I am sure the liquid itself would be against their TOS.

Since you can buy pipes, lighters, etc on eBay, the gear should be legal and fine. Surprised no one has jumped on the eBay wagon to sell.

I believe that e-Bay has a No e-Cigarette Policy.

This policy may be based on Shielding e-Bay from Possible Lawsuits that in this Day and Age are sure to follow ANY New Product.

E-Bay DOES have a no e-Cigarette Policy.

Any hardware that can be used for multiple purposes can be sold on E-bay under certain conditions. Any mention of e-cig or smoking violates those conditions.
Any ad complaint gets your listing removed and possibly further action against your account. Anything from a warning to Account suspension/Ban.

Ah, I see. It's technically a no no, but if you are clever writing the listing, you could sneak by. Not that would do anyone much good who wanted to sell significant volume. Search terms like ecig, ejuice, etc etc would yield no results.

I remember some time ago, there was this stuff going around called k2, which was suposedly a legal synthetic alternative to (MODERATED).... THAT was being sold on EBay in hoardes. But ecigs don't get a pass.. I don't get it.

Well..they may have a "no e-cigarette" policy...but they are there! I just saw a page with some eVics and eGos and skull drip tips and some clearomizers on it! In the small electrics section!

Amazon has e-cig stuff too! Even pre-filled cartomizers!

Amazon is my go to store for just about everything!! I didn't know they sold ecig stuff on there..well, I seen rewicking stuff but that was it...what are you putting in the search bar to pull things up?

I purchase Kanthal resistance wire and silica wicking material from Germany via ebay. These types of items cannot be associated with vaping, fortunately.

I run into stuff there all the time. I get my PG an my VG there. While looking for some shorty cartomizers Amazon was listed on Google, so out of curiosity I checked out the link. There were PVs there! Clearos, too. I just now put in "eGo electronic cigarette" and got this page Amazon.com: ego electronic cigarette: Health & Personal Care

That might get you started.

be careful as not only does ebay have a no e-cig policy in place, but as they are connected with paypal you are risking both accounts

I usually can find electronic smoke products on Amazon, there aren't a large selections but there are some.
