Ebay Propylene glycol

Is it safe to buy this off of ebay? Do I need to look for a specific type? Most of the PG they seem to offer is for cigar solutions - is this NOT what I want? Also, some make mentions of not being "dipropylene" glycol. Is that what I'm looking for? Thanks.

DG is the bad stuff the FDA said they found in one cart. It is bad and you don't want it.
