I dig their G-juice, which is a customer created flavor. Supposedly banana, chocolate, and tobacco - but I'm not noticing any chocolate. I get it with no extra flavor or anything, 70/30 PG/VG.

Tried their 7 leaf and didn't like it so much. But I've found that it's a fairly neutral tobacco flavor and I've been getting mileage out of the 30 ml bottle I ordered by blending some other flavors from other vendors I tried and didn't like so much either. In many cases, mixing whatever + 7 leaf has been pretty good.

Also like their green apple with XF. Exact same flavor of a jolly rancher candy of the same - if you like that sort of thing.

Do you guys think that maybe the reason my ECBlend juices have a heavy base taste and after 2+ weeks of steeping still aren't good is because I went with reduced PG (aka VG)?

I retried their RY4 this morning and maybe did 10 puffs before I had to switch to something else sine I was vaping it so slowly and not enjoying it. And I know others really like it.

wishdog some of ec's stuff is just not vapor-able...their tobacco's are all perfumey.. watermelon sucked... I do like the dragon tear xtra fl xtra strawberry.. and the berry dew i made was awesome Acai berry, pomegranate, strawberry, and a touch of dew I use 80/20 pg on every order.. dont like their vanilla either so stay away from blends that have it in it french van organic vg blend was much tastier

I agree Darthvong, some flavors are better after steeping (some for over a month,) but I probably won't order again. Some ECBlends flavors smell so bad, still, that I haven't tried vaping them yet! The perfumey/chemical smell is overwhelming in some flavors too. I've ordered 100% VG, or at least 95% VG where possible. Oh well, I had to try them, as well as about a dozen other vendors. With all the vendors, I've found one or two from each that are ok, but none that I can't live without.
So, I am trying DIY stuff now and hopefully won't have to order flavored ejuices from any vendors anymore LOL

desert gold is my fav so far. The 555 and classic red are also pretty good for me. Among the sweet flavors the mints are sorta weak, but most of the sweet's have been alright. The choco haz tobacco is also a favorite and has a great smell. Dragons blood is my Gf's current fav.

7 leaf and some of the other tobacco blends are pretty heavy on the incense shop kinda smell and i grade those really really low. (7 leaf especially) but tastes vary wildly don't they?

With there price point, low shipping, speed of delivery, extra size sample bottles (room to shake for steeping) and site design, i still tend to favor them. I do have to give madvapes (there closest in terms of cost i think...) a shot soon.

my first time with ECB was a few weeks back. i got crazy citrus cooler (ecto cooler knock off). In my cartotank and a standard carto and my nova, it was fake and too orangey, it did not have the tangerine or lemon lime like ecto plasma.

Then today i got my prover. i filled a carto and it was much better. i am still not sure why as the voltage did not change and it was in the same boge xl lr carto. But it did have more of a orange/tangerine blend. vapeable, but not an ADV for me.

I'll give them another try, but not when I'm low on juice as I had nothing but that to vape before it had done proper steeping. I also got goofy flavors, cucumber, black pepper (which was good, but not an all day, or even all 30 minute vape).

I waited and waited...2 weeks...for Dragon's Blood to start tasting better. It was still all perfume. Now I know the drop of vinegar thing, so I'll accelerate their steeping with that next time.

There can't be too many people having the bad experience i had with them or they wouldn't be in business.

(I also ordered some of the "wrong flavors" from Blue Mist, but the ones that they got right they nailed it.)

Next "value" liquid supplier I'll try is Dr Vapes or maybe Dark City. I've done Blue Mist and can tell you I liked everything but the tobacco flavors. Their iced green tea is quite good imo.

Can I recommend Just Vape Welcome to Just Vape - Alternative Smoke Shop to you. Just got 2 flavors from them (zombie and moonrise) both are very good juices and they're cheap to boot.

I think EC Blends is a great place for people to try a ton of different flavors for very cheap when they start vaping. Out of the 20 or so flavors I've tried from them, only 2 went in the trash (chocolate covered coconut and manna). Some were "eh" but most were very tasty. But I had been warned before my first order and got double extra flavor from the get-go. They are still one of my go-to vendors after nearly 3 months of vaping. Not too long, but long enough to know I like them better than some of the "bigger" vendors out there. As has been mentioned before, taste is subjective... just my opinion of course.

My favorites from them as of now are Dragon's Tear and Steven's Surprise (but they've created a ton more flavors in their Dragon series, which I'm waiting for delivery!). I love love love that creaminess though... I seek it out, and I think they do it best. Not for everyone.

Here's the epically long thread about vinegar. If you go to the first page you'll really start to see people figuring this out, as vaping is a fairly new thing, people are always figuring out stuff. But I'm linking to a post where someone actually started doing taste tests to see if what was being speculated was actually real. It is.

Edited to add: Ah, I see this is a test with lemon juice. Basically, lemon juice or vinegar works well with fruit flavors, but only lemon juice works well with tobacco flavors. Or that's how it is if I remember correctly (I don't do tobacco flavor since everthing I've tried has really missed the mark.)
