I have tried several different browsers now and CANNOT get that darned site to work for me. When ordering a product, it auto chooses extra flavoring, menthol, etc etc etc. When I click the "none" button, it refuses to remove those options. What is up with this? Anyone else have this same problem? I have had to make my order and then email the company to tell them I don't want those options. This is the only way I can get what I want. Suggestions anyone?

Working for me, Want me to order you some?

Thanks a bunch for the offer, but I'll be ok just emailing them my juice needs as I have been doing. I really appreciate it though! I thought it was my browser too, but I've tried Opera and Google Chrome and both do it. I guess I'm gonna give me IE a try.

Well heck folks, I don't know. I thank you for your feedback, but resetting cookies, changing now 3 diff browsers, did not help. I am ok with it, I just email them saying what I do not want and they fix it, but having to pay the extra 1.70 for extra flavoring I did not actually order kinda sucks! I REALLLLLY like the Cuban Cigar flavor from them and the price is still right, so I'll just keep using the 10020 coupon code for 20% off, and chalk it up to something I'm doing wrong. At least the code almost pays for the shipping costs.

when you click "none" it doesn't actually highlight it.. but would remove the highlighting from the other stuff if you requested Extra flavor or cool hit or whatever.

Example..
Pick a juice, and select extra flavor.. it'll highlight with a boarder.. then click none and it'll remove the highlighted boarder.. which means you now have selected none of the options.

Hope that helps.. enjoy your flavor.. and don't forget to let it steep for about a week or 2 after it's packaged.
