ECF acting up again tonight?

    Or is it just me and my new puter. Alerts list doesn't show when hovering over, and slow in posting.

    I've been in and out a few times and didn't see either problem. That doesn't mean you're mistaken.

    Since it is a New PC/Laptop is browser updated? By the way what OS and browser? No problems here for a while but since I opened my mouth I probably jinxed myself!

    My only issue (which has been ongoing) is that I can't quote stuff. I've just kinda...ignored it. It's been a pretty consistent bug (I am using the edge browser). Haven't tried another as of yet...

    That's what I use. It generally only happens occasionally during high traffic evening hours. Restart helps every time, just a momentary annoyance I've become used to.

    Just had the strangest stuff happen, was limited with functionality and got 502-504 errors and not a live page after a refresh. Had to close the tab in my browser and now working again but also noticed that ECF was not releasing threads earlier when I saw over a Gigabyte of memory being used for the ECF tab.

    That's a browser issue, not an ECF issue.

    Whatever you say I never closed the other 5 tabs. Just reporting what I see here on a Windows 7 Professional 64 Bit OS with Firefox Quantum Browser

    Quantum is known for having rather spectacular issues with memory leakage. Again, that was a browser issue. Has nothing to do with ECF.

    Again whatever you say I am ONLY REPORTING what I have observed tonight with my gear. Funny how it is only the ECF Tab in the same Browser having an issue though.

    And you were told it is not an ECF issue. Shutting the browser down and opening it back up again clears the memory cache and improves performance in the browser itself.

    NO I never shut the browser only the ECF Tab.
