Ecf and tapatalk for iPhone

Hey guys, and excuse me if it's not proper to post this here, but after finally caving in and getting tapatalk forum app, I can't seem to figure out how to get it to work on ecf.

I remember getting the pop ups when I first started using ECF, but now I have the full version and can't find ECF. No pop ups anymore either.

Any help, or links would be appreciated. I googled this for a while and couldn't find much

Every other forum I regularly frequent has the tapatalk app as a free download. Why it's a paid app for this place is a mystery to me. Maybe ECF didn't want to pay licensing for their own version or something. I dunno, but I'm not paying for it, lol.

Well it's too late for me to decide not to buy it lol, did any of you have to do anything special to make it work?

I haven't even been able to try it and hate myself for wasting $3 yet

Seems to work pretty good for the android based phones. Did take a little time to get adjusted to it though, but I do like it.

Well, I'm happily reporting, that on an iPhone 4, over wifi, this thing is actually working pretty damn good!

I'm using it (for free) not going to go into matters on that subject. But it works well enough for me only problem with current set up of tapatalk is the lack of being able to accept friend request n check the likes. I do like on the other hand that comments removed by moderators don't even appear at all so never drive myself crazy wondering what they said ya know lol but that's my 2 cents it does take some getting used to

I dig it on the ipad, but it's still no substitute for actually sitting at a computer with all your gear (in my case, a chemistry set) sprawled out in front of you...

It works well if you know what you want to read or if you use it just for your participated threads. I use it, but only for short sessions. Anything longer than ten minutes or if I'm replaying to a bunch of threads and I need to use the full keyboard/browser version.

I have problems navigating it sometimes. But it's become easier to use. I find I almost prefer it sometimes.

When I subscribe to a thread, it shows up in my "Favorites" on the Tapatalk app. I've configured my bottom row so that the Favorites show up right beside the "Latest" tab so I wouldn't have to keep tapping on "More" to see them.

Did you search for "ECF"? If so, try searching for "e-cig" and ECF should be at the top of the list...
