Howdy all. Hey GPC, just wondering something. Does the Pony Express still exist in California and does the USPS rely on it?
I ordered something from vaporbeast. It was last scanned Monday night in San Diego. No, even the Pony Express probably could have gotten from San Diego to Indianapolis by now maybe they use the Turtle Express.
The really strange part of this is that the shipment is showing as coming from a pet supply store, rather than vaporbeast. Same city though, Carlsbad.

usps rented the turtle express from the pet store.?
I am right above caly and it takes two weeks to get ANYTHING from that state,especially if it goes through carlsbad.I can order something from tennessee and it's here in 3 days.go figure
Sad thing is I was extremely impressed with how fast it actually shipped, but if it's just gonna sit in San Diego forever it kinda makes me question if I'm actually going to order from them again.
it's not vaporbeast,it's ANYTHING from caly kad.I tend to avoid ordering from caly if possible.it's USPS that is the culprit.
I know that. Not blaming Vaporbeast at all. Like I said I was impressed with how quick they shipped, and I've read some good things about their customer service too. But if USPS regularly slows things down coming from them, it will still keep me from putting them on my list of preferred stores.

I've never had a bit of problems with them Tim and Tod have always been super quick. I ordered some coils yesterday they'll be delivered tomorrow. I'm thinking maybe they somehow sent you an incorrect tracking number. Do you have an account there? If so go into your orders and look at it on the site. If the numbers match up call or message them, they should get back to you pretty quick
Took like 9 days from day of shipping to get some batteries from illum once here in ca. Our postal service is right up there with the best of them however good that is
I didn't actually create an account. I know, I probably should have, but I checked out as a guest. However, that is coming from the tracking info that automatically showed up on my My USPS dashboard, which means it is a tracking number that USPS associates with my address. It does match the tracking number they sent. And at least one other person I know of has their shipment for an order of the same thing (ordered on the same day) showing as coming from:

Note that I am happy with the fast shipping and assuming I eventually get what I ordered in good working order I will be happy with VaporBeast. I'd actually give them a good review right now based on their order processing speed, if I were reviewing them. I'm just not as happy with USPS and what is starting to look more and more like a black hole in San Diego.

Meanwhile - My First DIY Delima.
Hit a couple of Quick mixes yesterday. Daughter was running out and I needed another Cappuccino Batch in Steep.
Temperature in the house was down due to an overnight front moving through. VG was thicker than normal.
I managed to Cause some severe swelling in the Left hand at my middle finger knuckle. I Can only assume it was from operating the 30ML syringe, but boy is it swollen and sore.
Now I feel totally Gimped with a Bum right side/hand and a temporarily useless left hand.
Still have about 4 Recipes to complete.........that will have to wait a few days.

they seem to work well for the wife when her hand and finger are stiff and swollen from the cold and damp winters
Maybe more Vendors should masquerade as Pet Supply Stores so people won't have to sign for packages or any of the other postal regulations that the Govt tries to enact on Ecigs and supplies. Ha, I could order my dog food, dog treats and a new mod and tank from Chewy.com. Life would be so much simpler

Sorry to hear that Crxess. Have you tried holding your hands under hot tap water for a few minutes? I recently got a bad case of dermatitis on my hands from contact with the alkaloids in Calla lilies at work, it is healing now but the skin is peeling of my hands and leaving my hands raw, so yes I know how hard it is to mix when your hands hurt

Thanks for the tips. Honestly, I think I partially dislocated the finger while fighting with the syringe. The swelling is pretty nasty.
I'm already on Nerve and Muscle anti-inflammatory Meds and yes, hot water feels GOOD
Will take it easy and monitor the situation.
