OK No person in charge, Well who's responsibility is that possibly the WC company, Who is this Mrs Ruby? is she supposed to be in charge or is she the one who is supposed to put someone in charge WTH.

Mine tried to tell me I stopped going to my Dr appointments once and they were discontinuing my pay. My Dr. had given me an approval letter/form from them for me to see him every 60 days for the next two visits unless I had a problem. I had finished surgery and was going to 6 months of physical therapy. Dr. said there was no reason to see me but he had to have approval from WC. I had my attorney fax them a copy of their approval. They kinda went Oh I guess we lost that on our end. Such a pain in the .....

No telling what their game is this time. Ruby is the (wicked witch) in charge of my case. From what I have heard, she is a Top Dog account manager, saving the company a fortune in customer claims. :glare: Get the picture:ohmy:
Yea, the type that always says no the first time, Drags out any action on their part to the last possible minute(within the law), Delays medication approvals, etc.
Oh and I love - constantly replacing Qualified Experts with company approved lower cost Doctors.:sneaky:
Well, like I said, I have done everything so the ball is on their court. Best get the shot off before the buzzer goes off!!
I'll wait - 4 weeks max, then I'll ask for another State Hearing.
She may not realize I have a full copy of the last IME Report and it Favors me, not them.:D
Next time they might want to hire a Veterinarian.:lol::lol:

My first thought was Sean Connery, but I think he's about mid 80's but that makes sense.

Mr. Connery is quite handsome as well ;)

Yeah, Sam Elliot seems to make all the ladies crazy still, I'm thinking about taking his picture with me to a plastic surgeon and saying "How much to make me look like this?" Hopefully by the time the stop laughing at me, I'll have enough money saved to pay for it.:D

Make it a younger Sam Elliot so you can grow into his current look :D

I really disliked Sean in all the James Bond movies, but when he got a little older and did some other movies I think the first one I liked him in was The Untouchables with Kevin Costner. I've grown to really like his acting, as for Sam I think he's damn good. He was what made Roadhouse watchable.

The Rock with Nicholas Cage is the one that hooked me on Sean Connery. And Sam has been good in everything I've ever seen him in!

Good morning Peeps. I have to be off to work in a little while so no time to play on the computer. I believe I will pick up some mahi mahi for Sunday Dinner, either pan seared or grilled for fish tacos with pineapple mango salsa, red cabbage slaw, and basmati rice . Don't tell Mom, she hates to eat healthy... she wants her fish deep fried with French fries and hush puppies:rolleyes:

I love Mahi Mahi, especially blackened. One of the benefits of living on the gulf coast is the fresh fish.
