I had to do that once and I put the new non working mod next to an old working mod, switched out the batteries between the 2, hit the firing button, fired coils up on the old one no coils firing on the new etc... Old was gold new was mold
It was all very dramatic I got a new working mod though

So.............no WC check in over a week. Called Lawyers last Friday. Lawyers office called back this morning. Still no reply from Company.
However they think it may be due to no current NO Work paperwork from my doctor on file. Okay, that paperwork only goes to my Lawyer and employer so WTH?
Have to get this corrected.....................Bills to pay, without delay.

Trying to reach Dr's Assistant to Clear up the mistake, just in case, and get a prescription extended.
Why they cannot write prescriptions that go appointment to appointment I will never understand. (they are anti-inflammatory)

I had one Dr that had his nurse fill out the RX for my pain meds right after I got hurt. She would give me a weeks worth with 3 refills. When I would go back to the Dr two weeks later on my regular apt I'd tell him I was about out of pain meds and he'd pitch a ..... at me for using that many and have her do it again. I kept telling her that they won't refill class 2 meds that writing the refills on there was not doing anything. So I got ...... called my pharmacy handed her the phone she talked with them for about a minute hung and said she had taken care of it. before I got out of the my pharm called me back and asked who she was and why did she hang up on them while they explained that there were no refills on the class 2 meds. I saw the Dr in the hallway and hollered at him he came over and I had the pharm expain to him that all the refills that were being put on the rx forms meant nothing they couldn't do it. So he took my the RX back and said just a minute came back with 5 pages of rx's each for a week. Every time I'd go in I'd get five more even if I told her I didn't need anymore. I finally at one point turned them over to my attorney to put in my file incase anything was said about me using tons of pain meds and sure enough the comp carrier made some veiled comment at the hearing about it and he produced them saying that I had entrusted them to him because the Dr office just kept pumping them out every week and he felt it was a communication issue between the nurse and the Dr. I was asked why I didn't say something. I told them when I reached 20 pages at home I was begging her to stop writing the and I didn't think she understood me, she didn't have a very good grasp on the English language.

I really like my Primary on this case and refuse to entertain changing Primary. Hi does show serious concern for the issue and has pretty much done all he can within the parameters of Workers Comp Gaming
I will see anyone they like and take any testing they suggest, so long as he is in the loop and We evaluate things together and decide the best next course of action.

That said, He is of Indian origin and VERY Difficult to understand.(Thick accent)
There is always a bit of miscommunication in visits, but we work to make sure everything is cleared up.

This time I screwed up, not thinking.
My employment is in termination Due to the length of recovery time. (Can't Blame the Employer) So, not thinking, I said I did not need the No work order as I am now on SSD.
Well, Workers Comp may try claiming without one, I am fit for Duty
I will get this corrected

Same here, got a DOA recently. Battery in Mod A, see the screen light up. Switch to DOA, see nothing. 5 click just in case it was off, still nothing.

The vendor was cool about it, they know me, but needed something to check the box on their end. Replacement was sent quickly.

The <Luck of the Draw> of Mass Manufacturing. I guess at some point we all suffer the Draw.
Some of more than others.

When it comes to ordering, I have had my share of failures. Nothing a Vendor would actually be responsible for, but Nice to have them correct the issue when possible.
Fortunately for me, most of my Snafu's have been Mechanical - Tanks/etc. and I love tinkering.
If it can be corrected, I'm game ...................... and it is so much faster than waiting for return and replacement.
No such love with DOA Chip Mods . ..............Well, not true. Some times it us simply a crappy Battery contact.(sometimes)

When I was on for my knee my ortho that I ended up with was fantastic. He insisted on having a say in any tests or specialist they wanted to send me to. When it came time to get the final disability rating they sent him a list of several Dr's that they used non in Fresno most in Sacramento or L. A. a couple in S. F. He picked one of the ones in S.F. then confided in me that they had done residency together and the guy was very pro injured worker. He then contacted WC and asked them if they were going to provide trans to and from and if not by air then he wanted two nights stay so I could drive in on day one exam on day two then drive home on day three. The discomfort and stress all the confined car time was very difficult and painful for his paitient. They agreed, made the apt, the reservations and sent me a travel check for gas and meals. They told me to keep my receipts and then if I was within $20 of the amount they sent just keep it if I went over send all receipts to them and they'd reimburse me for the difference. Needless to say we ate well filled the car about 30 miles from home coming back. I was like 5 or 10 over I told them to call it even and not worry about it but they sent it anyway

Got the return Call from Doc's assistant.
Looking into Prescription Refill.................LOL.........They can't even find the Medication Change in their Files, 2 Prescription fills later
Should be called in this evening or tomorrow. I'm covered until Thursday.

Transfered me to Records for the Paperwork Snafu, not good. Those people never answer the phone and may or may not return the Call after telling you to leave Details and a Message.
Now they have added that Paperwork May take 14 days to prepare............we are very busy.
Ummm......Hire qualified help

Not sure what the WC Check issue is. They have paperwork stating 12-18 months for POSSIBLE recovery - from 5-6 months ago. I'd think that covers at least the next year
But as always, best to follow the
