23 skidoo will not be counted as a coffee, and will be disqualifed in the category it was voted for because its not marketed as a coffee vape but a custard vape and would be appropriate in the bakery/desert category:

We've enjoyed many Vanilla Custard e-liquids, even the most talked about varieties. It took a lot of time and research to come up with what we find to be one of the most delicately balanced custard vapes around.
