ECF Vendor Standards?

How can I locate information about what makes an vendor approved by ECF and/or ECF approved vendor standards, if this information is available for ECF members?

I can't find anything close.

We don't "approve" vendors. Vendors can become registered here if they provide us with some basic info about themselves, and if their site doesn't carry false medical claims and such (which we feel is harmful to the e-cig "cause"). They can become Forum Suppliers (meaning vendors who have their own forum here) if they ask to be put on the waiting list. When a spot opens up, we "promote" the next in line to having a forum of their own.
