ECF uses a ranking system based on the number of posts a person has made. It goes from Member > Full Member > Senior Member > Ultra Member. I'm not sure of the number of posts to achieve each rank but it's something like 15, 100, 250, 1000. There might be higher ranks that I don't know about too.

Supporting members are those who have paid to support ECF. Those individuals help keep the forum running financially. They get some extra privelages too.

I think that at least partially answers your question. Someone else will probably come along that can fill in the gaps I've missed.

Rosa, I think you helped me when I first started with dumb questions, thanks again. How do yo ufind the time to post so often in one year?

I've been unemployed, going to school, looking for jobs... I always have a lot of nervous energy so I can't sit anyplace without doing 2 or three other things at the same time (apply to jobs online, study, watch tv, sudoku, cook dinner for the kids, ecf - all at the same time). I'm a very efficient multi-tasker, I don't know why someone won't hire me. :(
