Hi guys, been lurking around here for a couple of months and used the advice from these forums to purchase the Echo Chrome, for which I am very pleased. I've only been doing this about a month, but really enjoy the echo and haven't had an analog since.

I do have one significant problem so far, and that is I am already on my third battery. The first two died suddenly. I have always been very careful not to overfill the carto so as not to get any juice down the hole of the battery (these are auto batteries btw)

I have a suspicion that it is the condensate of the vaping that is collecting in the middle tube and eventually dripping down into the battery. I think this because after vaping for awhile, sometimes that condensation of juice builds up enough at the tip for me to suck it through (nasty sore throat afterward :p )

What do you guys think? Any way to fix these batteries? They're a bit pricey to last me only two weeks at a time but the savings compared to smoking analogs is still definitely higher.

I haven't had too much experience with the Echos and in fact just got some to try. I was sometimes able to resolve this issue with other auto batteries by doing a very liberal application of alcohol around the atomizer connection. If the failure is indeed caused by sticky juice in the activator switch, this might correct it. Manual batteries do eliminate the problem, but I really like the function of these Echos and hope you can get yours fixed.
