Thank you for your asking.

ECHO batteries are made by a unknown China manufacturer.

Our products are from many different China manufacturers, some of which are known manufacturers, like Joye Tech, Boge Tech, most of which are unknown manufacturers.

We work with those unknown manufacturers because we did try their samples for many times and find that they can make the same great products as those known manufacturers do. We hope to carry same great products at better prices. So our customers can get the same great products at cheaper prices.

Whichever manufacturers they are from, Health Cabin is always responsible for each product that you get from us. :)

I received two of these batteries from you. I like how they vape but am conerned about the battery inside the case. When you shake the unit you can hear the battery inside moving around. Has anyone ever brought this up as a concern? I guess I'm worried that the internal battery is having its case slowly worn off. Will this lead to a catostrophic failure down the road? Not sure..maybe you can answer. Thanks

Thank you for your asking.
The sound indiciates that the connection between the internal battery and the metal tube gets loose.
We can send you a new free one.

The second of the two sounds the same. Its like the battery inside is too small or there needs to be something inside to keep the battery snug. I'd say its made this way. I'd check one for yourself and report back. No need to send a new one unless you don't hear a rattle. Thanks for your response.

Thank you for your check. Glad to know that they work well so far.

if they do not work, we will send new free ones for any products under warranty. :)
