Ecig Venders with Paypal

Since a lot of ecig stuff is readily available on Ebay now and Paypal is used for payment on almost all, I'm wondering if any private ecig Vender websites are accepting Paypal now. I'm done using my CC online since I've had fruadulent charges on 3 different CCs in the last 6 months. Seems none of the long time Vendors I've previously used are, like madvapes, Gotvapes, etc.

If you know of any please let me know, I'd prefer to use a private vendor over Ebay.

As a matter of policy, PayPal prohibits the use of their service for ecig sales in North America. To prevent vendors from getting into trouble that may accept PayPal, going to close this.
