I placed an order on ecigarettes4less over 10 days ago, they claim it will be at your door within 6 days. They claim to send a confirmation number. What they sent me was a site with a tracking number in "Chinese" not even the the president of the company could translate it. "useless", when i asked for a refund they refused but said they would refund the shipping charge only which was 6 bucks, they charged me $66.00 for the order that I never recieved. I learned that this company is just a middleman. they order from China and cannot even translate the tracking number. So, now no one knows where my order is, I am out $66.00

Shipments from China are either usually via EMS, which is somewhat trackable and usually takes up to 2 weeks. Keep in mind sometimes 6 days means 6 *business days*, which could mean up to 10 days...assuming they shipped it quickly.
The other options is Post, which is cheaper and takes more than 2 weeks IMO. Post is also not very trackable from what I understand. Maybe you're in this boat and it will still get there.
Do you know which method they shipped? Give them a chance to make it right, and if you don't see it file a dispute with your credit card company/paypal within 30 days (I think) of order.
I ordered my first stuff from heaven-gifts, also in China. I chose EMS for $20 (large order) and got it in about 10 days of order.

Should be worth noting that there has been a chinese national holiday that has held up alot of people orders recently. Sounds like these guys were probably slack in sending the order through to the Chinese distributor and its been caught in limbo.

Yep it will get there just not when you want it there is all. Don't look at as being out $66 look at it as getting free shipping because they did refund the shipping and your stuff should arrive in due time.
