Haven't seen this supplier posted or talked about, nor any of their products. That surprises me since I have used them several times and found the service VERY GOOD AND EFFECIENT with quick shipping, quality products and a dedicated customer service center. My very first starter kit was from them and I was nervous about ordering so I called instead of just placing my order online, and the person who answered immediatley took my order, answered my questions, and I felt real good about using them. That has been since 1st week of April, and the product I ordered are still working, getting weak, but still working. They are in Florida and made me feel good about ordering from the USA, friends were ordering from China and I didn't want to do that.
So, I thot I would share this with y'all and hopefully you get the same good service and products.

Thats because they sell a 401 kit for $50.00 and that same kit without the fancy packing can be had for around $30.00 elsewhere. i.e. madvapes.com. I know because I bought my first kit from them. They where good, but overpriced because their website always comes up high in search engines. I now hate companies that take advantage of us poor slobs who just want to quit smoking. But, this e-cig stuff is a whole new learning curve for all of us.

They were also my first seller with their Firelight model (an M401 "cig-alike," if I recall) around the beginning of this year. I absolutely agree with the OP that their service was excellent, with a follow-up phone call on the heels of my order (maybe their way of doing an age verification) and very quick delivery. Yes, the price was too high, and yes, the product only barely hipped me to the possibilities of e-cigarettes. (ECF took care of that.) But they were still a far cry better than an awful lot of what's out there as entry-level sellers go.

I too began my trek into vape-o-land with the firelight from ecignational. Its a decent entry kit albeit overpriced. Another thing that concerned me was that they don't list the Mg per Ml on their juices, just H/M/L. After a week of using their M401, I decided on recommendations here on ECF to give the 510 a go. This site has not steered me wrong ever. After about a month of using the 510, I knew that I would need something with longer battery life, enter the eGo, all 510 stuff works on it, and the battery lasts me about 8 strong hours.

After a few weeks of using the eGo with regular attys I then took a leap of faith and tried out lr attys, BAMMO thats what I was missing, massive vapor, kiester kickin th, and that warm oh so tasty vapor... Now I'm a 5v Joker user, got more attys than I can count, and at least a gallon of various juices...

My first purchase was from them also for a firelight. Both batteries died within a week and were promptly replaced free of charge as promised. Then the next week they refunded all my purchase minus shipping as I found their product to be substandard. But the customer service was first rate. When or if you return your product, make sure to send USPS with confirmation of receipt. It took more than a week to go 10 miles (I live nearby) and I was afraid I was going to have a problem. Low and behold the credit appeared and I happily moved on to a Tornado.
