I found this thread and after dealing with Joe, I thought it deserved a bump. I had some hardware nightmares and Joe worked with me (phone and email) to get everything straightened out. He really goes above and beyond in the area of customer service. His prices are more than fair and he has 1.99 shipping (fast, too!) for those of us who don't live near Charleston to visit his bricks and mortar store. Ecigcharleston.com.
