After placing my first order, Joe I believe his name is, called me to ensure I had everything I needed.
Once i received my order I noted an issue with the Ego carrying case I ordered, one of the mesh pockets was not properly sewn to the case. I shot them an email and got a phone call from Joe in like 10 minutes. He apologized and offered to send a replacement the next day. I worked in Customer service for a few years, and These folks are exemplary! I mean a phone call to answer an email, most places don't even acknowledge the email.
