ecigexpress is looking for 1 part time and 1 full time individual to work at our Ferndale Washington location.

We are looking for someone who has a passion for electronic cigarettes and can provide top notch customer service.

The primary duties will include:

Customer service via ticket system, chat, phone.
Packing orders for timely delivery.
General office / Warehouse

Whoever I spoke with this morning at 8am was very nice and helpful. Gotta love telephone CS, I have never gotten a response from other vendors when I use their e-mail CS or the likes, not to mention all it really says to me is, 'don't bother' (though I'm sure its not true in all cases). Its 2012, I would suspect most vendors have a telephone, LOL. And with my issue it was time sensitive (wanted to add stuff to my order before it shipped). Got the stuff added easily, and it shipped out a few hours later, top notch. Thanks again.
