I ordered some nicotine and plastic bottles from ecigexpress on the 23rd. The website had a banner stating they were moving and to use the code "relocate" for 10% off for the trouble that their move would cause. When checking out, the code was expired. I figured maybe their move was finished and they just havent updated their website.

I placed my order and paid extra for priority mail 2-3 days. It has now been 6 days and i have yet to get my order. I called their cust serv number only to sit on hold for over 15 minutes with their automated system bouncing around telling me i was first in line with 1 minute wait time and then jump to 3rd in line with 2 a minute wait time. It bounced back and forth the entire 15 minutes until i gave up and hung up.

I then sent an email informing them i was not a happy first time customer with their shipping process and phone service. I received an email the next day stating they were moving and having probs with their phones, and to use the "relocate" code for a discount. I replied back informing them the code was expired and if they were going to wait 4 days to process my order, i should have been notified. No further response from them.

Well, tracking info says it will arrive on the 30th (today) so hopefully everything is good and they didnt have a prob packaging my order because of moving probs.

All that being said, i will not order from them again nor do i recommend anyone to order from them. Poor customer service and bad logistics. I dont care whether your relocating your business or not, your customers should be your first priority. Take my money and ship my order same day, period or dont take my money and wait until your more prepared to handle your business. For all i know its some single guy living in moms basement mixing .... up and got a free website template to act like a ecig company. Maybe he was moving all his equip to the attic now.

We did announce via ECF, Facebook, newsletter, and all over our website that there would be delays due to relocation.

Everyone was warned in advance.

I'm sorry you felt the need to post a negative review due to our relocation. We did the best we could to warn everyone of the delays. This move was not taken lightly, but it was completely announced via many channels.

Well atleast there was an EXPIRED discount code I could use to ease the pain of your relocation process. Im happy with the products I purchased, but unhappy about the 7 day shipping when I paid for 2 day shipping and the inability to reach cust serv via phone.

Im not to far from your shop, but I doubt I would stop in there. You might be to busy in the back unpacking to process my order in a timely manner. :p

From a business owners view, I would think taking care of a customer would be my first priority, unless of course I have a WELL established company with enough money and customers coming in where customer satisfaction and money are no longer an issue. Then, who cares about an upset customer evry now n then.

Glad you didnt have any problems with your payment system during this supposed relocation period. As long as you can receive payments all the rest can wait.
