I was chatting on Danish ECF the other day and was given this site and I just went

I'm getting ready to make an huge order but now I'm a bit in doubt if the site is for real at all?

go to the main forum page and scroll down to the forum suppliers section. They have a sub-forum there. ECF says they do some vetting. I haven't done any business with ecigexpress, but the fact they have an ECF sub-forum is a good indicator of legitimacy.

I ordered from that website 2 or 3 times last year. Never had any problem.

Good site. I've ordered from them several times. They do kind of insist you give the product you bought a review, but if you have any issue , their CS is great, so let them know before slam review. They will even do phone support if you're not good with typing.

Seen some "negative" reviews about their CS. So they are a legitimate site. It's just up to you whether you want to deal with them or not. Do some homework before buying , it'll save you $ and a headache. Simply don't buy from from those you see blasted all over the negative suppliers review sub-forum, this is a good way to start out.

I have been buying from ECX for almost two years and my experiences have always been good prices, fast shipping and top notch customer service.

In the last 16 months I have placed about 4 orders from them and never had a problem. Their signature series is "The flavor Apprentice", just re-branded. Not sure what their shipping will be, internationally? In the US it's free if you order a minimum of $60. As far as I know Lorann is the only flavor that comes in glass so that may be a factor for mailing weight. You might want to double check that.

Yep there real. I visit there site often and have ordered many times.

I do a In store pick up being there only 20mn north of me.

Good people to work with IMO.

I realize this thread is a little older but I can honestly say that their site is real and I have not
had any problems with them (as of yet).
I have ordered from them and although I did receive a wrong part, when I informed them via
their site form, they quickly responded and told me they would have the correct part sent out
immediately and that I could go ahead and keep the wrong one (which I would have gladly sent
back for replacement anyway).

So far, I really do not see any issues with them and they do have great prices and very low
shipping rates. Their pricing on "Specials" is excellent.

As soon as I can find a place in ECF to post a review, I plan on doing so.
