Ecigs for Review

Attention all suppliers. I am currently getting ready to do massive review of Ecigs. I am trying to do as many different kinds of ecigs. Here is the following I have ready to review, if I missed one, please feel free to let me know. If there are any suppliers I missed who wish to participate in the reviews, again please contact me. I will be doing individual reviews of the Ecigs I have with the company I received them from. I also plan to do a side by side comparison of all of the Ecigs, and choose my Favorite 5. Below is what I currently have:

I appreciate everyone's help who have already contributed to this effort, and appreciate everyone's feedback on the reviews. My hopes are to have all of the videos completed by Monday 2-17-09. They will be posted here in the video review section as well as other forums. If you'd like to use the videos for your own website you are more than welcome to do so.

WOW, that's a lot of e-cigs! Should be quite helpful, especially for those newcomers who are looking for advice on buying their first e-cig...I'd say you pretty much got it covered!

Yeah, I am trying to do as many as possible and completely unbiased. You hear one person likes this one while someone else doesn't. And I understand they are a preference thing. But I think if people can see ALL of the different ecigs from one person. Then if they agree with one, hopefully it'll help them choose a different one to try if they are looking to. And for a new person to the Ecig, hopefully they can get as many reviews that are unbiased to make a choice on.

I have had some people offer to give me a coupon code or link that will allow them to get a discount and me to get a part of the profit. For the reviews however, I have declined from this. I will offer a generic coupon code for discount, but not one where I receive any money from. I believe that receiving money could influence someone's review and I will not allow that to happen. I want them completely honest, helpful, and unbiased.

I can confirm this..I offered Lintz a coupon code where he would be an affilate...(common practice in marketing) but he refused it.

Never received it. Contacted them by email 7 times, never even so much as a response. I guess I could give them one more email. I still have the email stating they would send me one, so I keep using that one when replying so they see they have offered me one, but to no avail.

lintz i would love to help you in those reviews however you would like the help. i do totally agree with your unbiased attempt at such a large undertaking. I live in Maryland as you know and i think some sort of help will be needed for such an expansive project

j/k. I think I am good for the most part. I have most of the Ecigs. I contacted Trog, and he was quick to respond. His price for his Screwdriver is close to his costs, so looks like I need to dish up $150 to get that for the review for sixstring up there

it takes a months heavy use to appreciate the product as well.. its not about quick reviews..

I dont think anything should be GIVEN away for review...you didnt pay for it so what do you care.

Real end user reviews from people who spend their hard earned cash on it are far more reliable.

There's an awfull lot of E-cig phishing going on latley here , even from respected old time reviewers...it all reads like pushy door to door salesman tactics...every man and his dog wants to be a "reviewer".

Nah Apostle, you may have misunderstood. I can send you the email if you like, I was not asking for one free. I had actually asked if it was possible to just get the SD case, one battery and one atomizer. I said I didn't need fluid/carts/chargers or anything else. And I explained that some people sent me some, some gave me discounts, and was wondering if there was anything Trog could do. Never have I asked for any hand outs. People have offered them to me, but its not as though I am going around asking for free ecigs. As to the review quality of free/vs paid for I don't think this affects how the actual device performs. This may affect how customer service is provided, but I am trying to focus the reviews on the hardware not the customer serice. I will mention how the customer service was, but will also explain if I haven't had to deal with customer service. And I am not trying to make a "magical list". Whatever I do not have, I will be trying to purchase for the reviews. My goal is to have as many devices reviewed by the same person. If you'd like, I would be more than happy to show you receipts of all of the Ecigs I have purchased so far in getting ready to do all of these reviews.

I know there are few normal reviewers out there, and personally I thank them for helping me in the beginning of my Ecig purchases. And I still thank them for I still watch all of their videos. It's not my intention to 'compete" or to be a "reviewer" like every other man and their dog. My intentions were pure. I thank this Ecig community for all the help it has supplied me. I am on disability, so I don't do much. This is just something I am trying to do to give back. So far out of all of the Ecigs I have to review (9) I have only received one that I did not pay for. So, believe me when I say I am not trying to get things free, I am trying to keep it on the cheap side. Which is why I was asking if I could buy the bare essentials of the SD to save money.

I've actually only been approached by a few people asking to do a review on select products of mine. I typically decline these offers, but I do send out free products to select people. Not because they asked me, but because i WANT them to review my products. And typically it is due to me seeing some of their own work.

I have never given away a product to someone who has asked to do a review. Although, if someone does want to do a review I may consider giving them a discount. But if you approach me to review a 901 i'm going to happily decline

I already have a screwdriver, been using it since mid December and I and love it!

I was just trying to make sure you gave it a fair shake along with all the others. Call it a plug for Trog, but I think any comprehensive device list needs to include the SD for comparison.

Trogs screwdriver is what every other current device is compared too.
That's because it's currently the best device on the market.

folks love reviews.. i did few a while back.. my first rule never ever try and pass judgment on one sample of any one device..

sooo we have big hurdle number one for the would be reviewer... one sample is all he is gonna get..

second... he does not have the time to properly test each device he intends to passes judgment on..

lintz69 is genuine his intentions are good.. but i dont think he is fully aware of what he is undertaking if he wants the results to have true value..

Well, I have extenuating circumstances. But to sum it up, I do not have a job, nor will be getting one. So I have all the time in a world. I do see your point as to test more than just one of a product to test for consistancy. I am not sure how to get around that at the moment, but will do the best I can.

alll you can do is make it clear at the end of your review.. that for practical reasons it is just one example of just one product and say it might be a good one or it might be a bad one.. you do not know.. you can do some research to help here..

be honest.. create trust... its what good reviewing is all about... trusting the reviewer..
