I will join this bandwagon for sure. I had a customer service issue with Dawn on my first order of Thin Mint. She made it right and I never looked back. I have tried many different juice vendors myself. A drawer full of stuff that just sits there now as I blow through my juice from Dawn. I don't know how she does it but I never thought I would be able to vape something sweet like Thin Mint all day but I do now. I will definitely be ordering from her again real soon. Hopefully before i run low. With so many to choose from it will be real hard to decide now. And I was able to make a 30ml bottle turn easily into a 60ml bottle without loosing the least little bit of flavor or strength. With that being said the Price can't be beat either. This is really one of the few out there trying to help us out in the long run.

Well she doesn't need any more accolades but, I must chime in on her customer service. After reading all the reviews I called up and placed an order.
Being new to this she was very helpful and walked me through everything. She sent out my order from Vegas and I had it in Florida in 3 days. Not only what I ordered but some great free swag. Once I checked everything I discovered she had forgotten my VG. It was Saturday so I just thought I would email and hope to hear from her by Monday. Nope!! She emailed me back within 1/2 hour said she had so many orders that day and once they were sent out she saw the bottle but could not remember who's it was and would get it out ASAP.
Fast forward to today and in my mail is a package from Dawn. Not only did she send my VG but threw in a second bottle for the error. We are talking about 3pm on Sat to 12pm Monday. That is insane. Obviously she wants my business and will have it as long as I have a need.

I'll be placing a re-order soon, customer service is excellent and I'm almost out of Teaberry...

Update on the coffee - it's very delicious now that there's no burning wick supplementing the flavor. It does tend to gunk up the atty quicker than most juices.

I'm out of Teaberry! 8-o

Putting in my 2 cents. I have had the misfortune of performing CS for a very large 'name that shall not be named' company. Dawn gives the kind of service that is unmatched and I wish I had been 'allowed' to give that sort of service.

I am now awaiting our first order (patiently! I understand small biz as well...) and am sure that I will not need to work with anyone else in regards to juice :D

I gotta beg to differ here, I placed my first order with e-cigsmokestore.com last Thursday, and since I didn't get it today, Wednesday, I e-mailed and got a quick response back that it hasn't even been shipped yet! I've never had to wait this long just to find out it hasn't even been sent out. Not complaining, but I'm not real thrilled with waiting almost a week just to be packed and sent out. And no, I didn't ask for anything special, just a standard two bottle order. I guess that will teach me to have back-up around, since we have nothing in this area that sells juice or cartridges. Guess I'm back to analogs for a few days, which really burns my toast. O.k., done complaining.

What most folks don't understand about Dawn's store is that it's just Dawn and her husband doing these orders "to order". It's not a chain of 10+ people and these juices aren't premade. She's making them to specifications, read her site. If you order the <insert flavor> she whips it up from her personal recipe, but if you order something new (and she allows for this on her site) like one of my favorites Caramel Apple (her caramel flavor and apple flavor in a 1:3 ratio), then she creates it and performs a few quality control measures to make sure your liquid is enjoyable.

Add to this that it seems like her orders are doubling every week, from the previous week and anyone with a modicum of business sense can tell you that that is an almost impossible ratio to order stock for LOL, but somehow she's keeping it together and streamlining her business everyday to accommodate and still provides the best customer service I've seen.

Bottom line is that, the quality of her product is the best (my personal opinion but it'll be yours to if you sample her product) and therefore demand is going up. For the most part she provides a 3 - 4 day turn around which is the same as other companies that grab your order off a shelf and toss it in a box with a pre-printed priority mail sticker on it. Sometimes however that lady needs a break to, well, be human and take care of her personal business (*gasp*). In those instances it might take a staggering few more days to get an order.

The patient customers get the spoils and Dawn is more than happy (as a part of her great customer service) to cancel an order and refund anyone's money who is displeased with her turn around. Personally, I've got a "d-day stockpile" and am more than happy to wait for something twice as good as any other liquid I've sampled. It's just that good!

EDIT: correction, last time I talked to Dawn she had her mom working with her too so that's 2 more arms helping out! Woot.

First post , a few weeks of lurking .

I just put in a order with Dawn , and everything people are saying about the customer survice is spot on . I just put my order in tuesday , I have already talked with dawn a few times . I cant give a review for anything other then a little bit of customer survice , but I can already tell everything is going to be great . If I have to wait cause she is flooded with work , then that means she is doing something right , dont it ?

If the fast responce on email is any show of whats to come , oh yeah baby .

Is it wrong to advise everyone to cancel there order's so I'll get mine sooner :evil: I dont mean that . kinda

Just stating that the quick shipping I've been reading about on other posts didn't apply to me! I'm sure it's worth the wait, or I would have went with a faster, lower quality product! I don't know the woman, but I do know it states 24-48 hrs. to ship on her site. Maybe she needs to change that statement. Sorry if I got the wrong idea that she ships "super fast", quote, unquote. She even told me she would rather not have people posting that she ships quickly, because it gives people like me the wrong impression!!!

I was just reading her site as it was suggested of me to do- I had done so before when I ordered, and I noticed she's changed her order processing time, and the entire front page now states what I wish I had known before. Sorry, but I am not "most people.." and I don't make a habit of knowing someone's entire personal life before I order from them.

Hi everyone, this is my first post here! :thumbs: I have been lurking for a while, trying to learn everything I can.

This thread is EVIL! LOL

1. It forced me to start posting! Now I'm hooked for sure....... 8-o

2. OMG! I just sent in my order to Dawn & George over at ecigssmokestore.com!! It is all your fault! But I must say thanks in advance to you guys.

Seriously though, I am excited about finding a place that is so well liked. I have been very hesitant to buy my juice from eastmall, because the shipping was so stupid high and I really wanted to stock up. But when I read this thread, I knew where my purchase would be from, lol.

Of course, I ordered Friday night of a holiday weekend and I know they have a backlog. So I am not at all expecting to get the order right way. But I let Dawn and George know I knew that! I am sooooo prepared to wait for good service and good product??? Oh yes, I will be so happy to wait!

When I called I talked to George, he was so nice and so helpful, we chatted for a long time and he just gave really helpful hints and ideas. So I placed my order and looking forward to trying my new goodies!

Thanks again for the great reviews, I had really been wondering where to buy from!

Sometimes places get behind, it happens everywhere you go. I had to wait in line at McD's for 10 minutes the other day! Thats not fast food. But thats life, **** happens, get over it. Dawn is the best and when you get your juice you will be hitting your forehead for acting like a meenie over a weeks wait time. Ive waited a week and a half, Totally worth it

2)Shes super nice and works her ... off for our "sophisticated" taste buds
3) I actually KNOW whats in her juice
4) I know those customs ...... arent gonna deny my shipment
Just deal with it! I love Dawn!!!!

I am new to ecigs. I just started using a Evo with 15mg menthol Eco pure ejuice. While it seems like plenty of nicotine for me, it is not big on throat hit.(I have found the egics get me more buzzed than a regular gig) I want to order from Dawn. What strength do you recommend for good throat hit? I am a Marlboro Light smoker. I'd appreciate any advice. Thanks.
