Ecigsmokestore: Needs Your Help Regrouping

Dawn,
As far as I am concerned, you have no reason to apologize for the delay. You need to take time out to take care of you.
:) I truly believe that the most important thing to remember is that you have to take care of you, because if you don't no one else will.
I am patiently waiting and anticipating the arrival of my first order. I placed it on the 17th after talking with you on the phone. You were very helpful and answered all of my questions, which was important to me. I have tried to talk to a few other suppliers and ask them questions, but the conversation was always rushed as if I was just an annoyance to them. But not you. I felt that you truly appreciated my business and did not get irritated by my questions. For this reason, you will be my number 1 supplier. Thank you for taking the effort to sell a quality product. Like I have always been told: Anything worth having is worth waiting for.

If you do decide to do some type of flavor of the month club, sign me up. I would definitely be up for that. :thumb:

make a 2/30ml and a 4/30ml as well as a 6/30ml option. For the 2 have 1 new flavor and 1 favorites. For the 4 have 2 new flavors and 2 classics. For the 6 bottle plan same 50/50 split as the ones above or maybe a 4/2 spit old/new. This way youve got the light the heavier and the mega vapor packs covered.

Pricing is something that is completely out of my realm so good luck with that. Maybe a first month intro price for people that order the DIY kits as a get you interested incentive. Require payment by the 10th of the month so you have a guaranteed quantity you have to make and money to get the supplies. Mix away and ship them out on say the first of the month. Hopefully in this way you have 20 days to mix the crap out of what ever you decided you where putting in it that month and you dont have to forget what your husband looks like in the process.

Hell if you want some participation start doing polls on here or on your site. With what ever new flavors you have come up with as well as what classics you want to try mixing up again and let people vote on which ones come out that month.

This is all Ive got for now im sure there are some more business minded people checking in here that can give you more ideas.

I would go with an annual fee (cover shipping and whatnot) and your fee is dependent upon the package.

Silver members get 2 small bottles on the 3rd week of the month
Gold members get 4 small bottles on the 2nd week of the month
Platinum members get 6 small bottles on the first week of the month

That way we can look forward to getting goodies all year long and you have people to test out new flavors on. I believe this way will clear up a lot of confusion with late payments and who gets what. Then they can post up a review to make it a static flavor or a seasonal thing or just do away with a particular flavor. You can even use the same size bottles as the larger freebie samples. The membership fees would pay for all of it. I dont know how much it costs you to make your juice but I know the shipping wouldnt be too bad for those little guys.

And I totally support a poll for the 'new' flavor or something each month, either on your web site or on the forum. That way those folks who have signed up will feel some participation in what they are getting.

And it could be fun to do months like a fruit month and a coffee month and a tobacco month. Get a poll for the new fun fruit flavor, then you pick a complimenting fruit flavor you normally carry.

It would be a great way for folks to try stuff they normally wouldn't. I would never order a watermellon but if I got it during fruit month I'd definately try it. Might even love it. :) And what folks don't love they can trade away with others.

Just another $0.02 for ya. I got lots of change in my pocket. :)

Dawn I am so glad you got some rest. You are a true mixoloigst You can not rush perfection. I am behind whatever choice you decide to make. Everyone has great ideas here. Members club is a great idea. You could do a few special mixes every month or make it so you only do custom mixes once a month or for members only. I'm sure I speak for most we will wait and are behind you 100% I have alot of free time on my hands for the next few weeks if you need any help with anything please let me know :D

Like I suggested I love the membership idea. I love the poll idea where members could poll on the flavors you have in mind and the flavor winners get sent out the following month. I am sure we all have diff nic levels so we would have to add that in somehow. I could pay monthly or even quarterly.....and the hype of when we all get our juices in the mail. Wow it will spread like wildfire, with all of your customers reviewing and talking about the flavors sent out.

What I would like to see for the "flavor of the month subscription":

-Everyone picks their own nicotine level and the size of bottles they receive.
-We all get five or six bottles, each a different flavor, that are the "featured" flavors for that month.
-Seasonal themes for each month would be fun - e.g., "Tropical Summer" (mango, pina colada, etc.), "Holiday Treats" (pumpkin pie, candy cane, etc.), and so on.
-At the first of each month, the monthly theme and flavors are announced and we have a "window" (10 days?) to opt-in and pay for that month's flavor pack. Once the payment deadline is up, orders are fulfilled and shipped out.
-A recurring-payment subscription option would be nice, but I'm guessing that would be a PITA to set up.

Dawn, I think the benefit of a system like this (in addition to it being really nifty) is that you could mix the liquid up in larger batches. Right now, you have so many flavors and nicotine strengths that to have the liquid pre-mixed, you'd probably have to have 400 (or more) jugs sitting around to fill bottles from.

Of course, I think you should continue to sell the most popular and unique flavors: thin mints, red hots, cheesecake, blackberry brandy, etc. But while having a billion flavors is great for the customer, it's not so great (for anyone!) if you burn out :D

I'd also like to see you continue to offer custom mixes, but you should definitely tack on an extra fee for this service, and perhaps have a minimum bottle size for custom orders.

I dont think ANY nicotine should be sent. I think If you want it to have nicotine then you can add the appropriate amount. This should be kept about flavors alone to make less of a headache for Dawn trying to remember who gets what, when and where and it will keep costs lower for our silver-cash-strapped-members and people who simply vape for flavor.

.02 + .02 = .04 my account grows! lol
