I ordered this on a Wed, spent the extra for priority shipping. They are based in Peoria, AZ and since I'm in Colorado I was hoping to get the kit pretty quickly. Instead, I waited.......
Finally, the next Tues I emailed them and explained I had not received my kit. The order was completed, but it never listed a tracking #...something their other orders do. The person there told me they would look into it and reship my kit if needed by the end of the day.
But no reply by the end of the day, which was frustrating. I'm brand new to this and of course I can't wait to get it and try this vaping thing out. So I sent another email the next morning asking what had been found out. I got another reply that they would redo my order and ship my Riva kit out that day.
So, while I have to admit it was a bit frustrating to have this shipping issue, ecigsupply.com did make it right. And the shipping was FAST.....I got the kit the next day. Take into account I live in the next state over, of course, but still was happy and surprised to see it in my mailbox one day later.
Final verdict? I would recommend them to a friend, although I will be trying other suppliers for my future needs when it comes to parts and accessories. Not because of the shipping problem, but just try get a feel for other vendors and I didn't think ecigsupply's parts selection was as large and priced as well as some other places I've seen.
