When I got my Blu kit and was highly unsatisfied, I made a forum post (Blu Troubles). After hearing "return it" a million times and knowing that I couldn't afford to do that, I contacted ecigsupply. They were great! They inderstood my frustrations and knew they could be turned around affordably. A couple packs of 510 cartos and some juices later, I am getting great vapor and flavor from my Blu kit. I can now save up for a 510 or KR808 while cutting the high costs of the analog smokes.

I was expecting them to say, "Just get our 510 kit. Blu sucks!"... but they didn't. They went with a low cost solution by adding just a carto and juice. I am very happy! Not to mention, I was given a 10% off coupon code to help with the cost of the order.

It was a great experience and they were honest. They are also now my main supplier!
