Awhile back I ordered two ego atties. When I got my package I noticed I had received the wrong items. I sent an email to the address on the card that came with the package. Four days went by and no reply, then gmail sent an email saying the message could not be delivered. I was afraid I'd been burned so I went to the website and low and behold there's an integrated message service on their site. Sent them my complaint again, not really expecting much. The next day I got an email saying they'd be mailing me the correct part. Well today I got my atomizer, and I couldn't be happier.

Everyone makes mistakes, but not everyone is willing to make things right. I hope they fix their email issues, if the problem was on their end. However going through the site worked like a charm.
