Hi, yes, all of the liquids for sale now are the new batches. The Rich has had the menthol taken out, the menthol has had more menthol put in and the new Regular is pretty near to the standard cart with a mean bite!​

I was considering buying 3 x £11.99 bottles of juice from intellicig to try the new tweaked flavours before making a bulk buy from central trade but after messing about on the Western Union website and considering I may get 3 x £11.99 bottles sent out with my litre (if Nick's anything to go by) I thought the better of it. I worked out on the WU website what it will cost to order the following through CT (assuming US$10 postage).

500 ml = £80
2 X 500 ml = £145
1000 ml = £114
2 X 1000 ml =£214

[Note - the 1000 ml price is made up of £99.67 + £14 WU fee. It seems if you want to wire up to £100 the fee is £14. If you want to wire £100.01 the fee goes up to £21 (is that fkng illiterate or what?). If CT were to add $1 to either the price or postage, or the exchange rate was to alter slightly, it would add over £7 to the final bill. Incidentally, the exchange rate WU are giving is about 2 cents to the pound lower than the interbank quote.].


Anyway, the saving for going from 500 to 1000 ml is pretty significant but there's no great saving for buying 2 X 1L bottles so I just ordered a litre (decided to go for the tobacco because of what Letzin & John said about the bite). It's a pretty confusing process. First of all I wasn't asked at any time what strength I wanted. I don't suppose that's a problem as I can email them or, as a last resort, contact John at intellicig as I assume it's them that eventually send it out. Secondly, before confirming your order you're given these instructions

Using either method, provide the following "Receiver" information:
Last name: Jiang - First name : DanYun
Once payment has been sent, please send an email to this this address: info@royalsmokers.com Include your first and last name, your order number and the Money Transfer control number. Thanks!

That seems fairly simple BUT, they tell me they'll contact me within 72 hours regarding the shipping fee. If you don't know the shipping fee WTF do you wire them? Or is the shipping fee payable via paypal or something? I don't know if I'm supposed to wait for the shipping email or whether that will never come until I wire payment for the order without the shipping fee.

Soon after placing the order I received an email with the following payment instructions (no information regarding shipping payment)

1. Visit a local Western Union agency (find nearest location)
Fill out the necesarry "Send Money" form, ask agent if you need assistance
They will require a valid ID
You can pay with cash, a bank debit card or credit card
Western Union will charge you a money transfer fee
Send the amount of the total shown above in US dollars

2. Using either method, provide the following "Receiver" information:

Name of your website
Address
Zipcode, city, country
Emailaddress for payments

Once payment has been sent, please send an email to this this address: Youremail@address.com Include your first and last name, your order number and the Money Transfer control number. Thanks!

I'm guessing they must have copied that from the western union site and forgot to fill in their own details.

Because of what I've read on this thread and my past dealings with Intellicig I'll clear up the business with the shipping and make the payment but how many people who've never read the forum or know anything about Intellicig would say "sod this" at this point? I think if I was intellicig I'd be contacting them and asking them to make the site a bit less confusing and I'd also be trying to hasten the day where intellicig can act on their own accord re bulk juice.

Adik ted thanks for posting all that and letting us know your experience.....after reading all that I am sooooooo put off.....I really want to buy some of the stuff but all that messing around scares me....I am bound to mess something up and I sure don't want to end up with a litre of no nic juice or loose my money in cyberspace.

Pete, I just emailed them. I'll let you know how I get on. I wouldn't let the above put you off as I'm sure we're talking language barriers rather than any kind of underhandness and if you were sent out no nic juice I think it would be intellicig you'd be contacting about that anyway.

I am a bit dim I think..lol....am I getting this right? ....first you make the order......then you find western union online and pay your money to them to pay central trade....then you have to notify central trade of all the details of the payment details etc. .....what a carfufle!!

Angela, thanks for your patience. If you right click my 2nd link and select properties and do the same with your link you'll see they both have different addresses. Could you click on my first link, click 'buy it' on the tobacco flavour and see where you end up?

EDIT: Just a thought: clear your shopping cart and try it again. It may be re-directing because you already have it in your cart.
