I have an arsenal of 6+ batteries:
lemme count:
There's 8 that I can see:
there's
there's at least 5 in mods.

I have an iron pot with a couple single bay fast chargers

okok you're going to miss my point: you said the batteries are a little bit warm:
you did not mention if you were just using the batteries,...............and that's ,my point.

When I take a battery off and want to put it to charge, I put it next in line inside the iron pot.
When I take a charged battery off a charger, I put in the next in line battery.

This way the battery gets a cool down time before putting on a charger

hi I just bought an efest luc 4 charger and Im charging 2 18650 batteries at once, I heard if you charge at 2amps, it will wear the battery faster. so I switched it to .5 amps, and the batteries are a little warm. is this okay?
2 amp charging is for 26650. This is why only two bays on the LUC work with it set to 2 amp (only 2 26650 will fit in there).
1 amp is for chraging high drain 18650... like vtc5, vtc4, 25r, he4, he2, etc. These batteries are designed for this charge current.
0.5 amp is, generally, for charging smaller sized batteries.

Well, spec sheet for 25R shows 1.25A standard charge current, 4A max charge. So fine with these.
Standard charge current for the VTCs is 2A, so safe with these too.
Standard charge current for the HE4 is 1.25A with 4A max charge current. So these are ok too for a quick charge.

So no, you aren't going to damage your batteries or anything, as long as they are rated like the samsung, lg, or sonys. I generally always use 1A with 18650s, because I own a lot of mods and often am charging 4 batteries at a time.
