Same here...Make mine Folgers Columbian & Coffee Mate. heheColumbian? Cream--no sugar please
If I ever get down that way again I'll have to look you up. I don't leave the Poconos much these days however...it's just too nice up here in the woods.

I might fit in that category. But I've seen battery snobs come in, ask if we carry Sony's or Orbtronics or whathaveyou, and we say no, we have purple Efests, and they scoff and leave.
No LG, Samsung, or new AW's?As you're probably aware, the 2500 mAh 35 amp purple Efest is a re-wrapped LG-HE2 20 amp battery. Probably a testament to the quality of LG than the quality of a Efest to be able to abuse batteries that way. And I wonder, is the Efest pretty purple wrapper worth $2.00 more than a genuine LG?Rocketpunk said:I can't speak for safety specs and I'm sure more than one Chinese company has made false claims. But our local vape shop carries the purple Efest 2500 mah "35" amp limit batteries, and it's all we use. I know some people may be shocked at that (looking at you, Baditude, buddy ol' pal! ;-) ), but everyone at work uses either drippers or sub-ohm tanks on mechs and regulated box mods and none of us have ever had even so much as a scare. And some co-workers build down as low as .2 ohms.

I'll take that two cents and raise ya a kudos...You are my go to man on batteries for e-cigs man..and have never steered me wrong in the almost two years I have followed all of your testing..I only bought those Efest because I couldn't find Sony vct4's as well..I remember our conversation about those even before I bought them..Oh well,..live and learn @BaditudeI might fit in that category. No LG, Samsung, or new AW's?
I have purchased two purple Efest 2100 mAh batteries only because I needed a genuine 30 amp continuous battery and I couldn't find any Sony VTC4 available locally and knew that the Efest 2100 mAh were re-wrapped Sony VTC4.
The purple Efest batteries are for the most part decent batteries. What I dislike is the exaggerated marketing specs by Efest. Don't suggest to me that your battery is better when it is just a rewrap of another manufacturer's cell, and by simply dressing it up with a fancy wrapper thereby spontaneously giving it better specs and marking up the price just for the fancy purple wrapper. Use the industry standard "continuous discharge rating", not the "pulse discharge rating", which is a joke and meaningless. This puts the legit brands at a disadvantage for being truthful, and tricks unknowing consumers into thinking Efest's specs are superior when in truth they are not.
Some might say the same about AW. They put a fancy red wrapper on their batteries and mark up their prices. But they publish legit specifications that consumers can at least trust and can compare with other legit battery makers. Efest marketing is a hoax and false advertising, but there is no one policing their business policies so they get away with it.

Thats cause the shrink wrap is too tight. It squeezed the casing.![]()
On the right..a Sony vct4 I re-wrapped because of a torn casing .. on the left XTAR re-wrapped vct4. 1mm difference.
You'd be surprised what powers a label can possess...
Tapatyped
Now that's rich..lolThats cause the shrink wrap is too tight. It squeezed the casing.
Lmao
I wouldn't want to give the manufacturer info to the public. The competition would steal it in a heartbeat.

Believe what you want..
This should shut up the internet battery geniuses.![]()
