When my doctor said it was ok I quit worrying

Now thats funny MD = Medical dummy

sorry no pun intended but had to comment . Now all docs are not bad however the ones that listen to the patient are the better ones. Most only know how to stroke a pen out of that little book they carry in their front pocket. Guess thats why call it practicing medicine. Jmho if they learned general health and nutrition they would have half a clue to how to help a patient.

Peace vape on

I've vaped like a fiend for three years. My PV is either in my pocket or in my hand. I vape 100%pg, 80pg/20vg, and 70pg/30vg. My lungs are clear and my sense of smell has returned. Yes, I sometimes get a little throat irritation when I don't drink enough water, but the overall experience has been an improvement over smoking tobacco.

My doctor is happy with my vaping and has quit asking me if I plan to taper off on the vaping. He knows that vaping is what took me away from tobacco and is happy with the alternative. Quitting vaping would probably be better for me. Removing all sources of irritation is probably healthier, but I have no plans to stop until the day that I become disenchanted with the whole thing. So far, that hasn't happened!
