eGo and SYNC

Has anyone ever used their Ford SYNC usb to charge their eGo. I am taking a trip and that will be my only power supply to charge anything.

I would not. Go and get yourself a cig-usb adaptor.

If there is a problem with charger, it won't break your expensive to fix "Ford SYNC usb".

I was kinda thinking that also. I guess it was just I needed a little nudge. I have already broken a cigarette lighter socket, I don't even want to know what that would be to fix. Thanks

And get a usb extension cable so that your ecig is not standing up! and causing vibration and putting pressure on the cig lighter. You can lay your ecig battery down and be charged while driving!

That's how I do it. Anything to avoid damage with cheap products (cig-USB charger and USB extention cables can be had for under 5 bucks online, if you look around. )

And never ever leave you ecig battery connect to charger in the car. Exploding batteries.

I picked up a real cheap solar charger for USB devices on Amazon for like 25 bucks. It is my emergency plan for hurricane season since it will do my ecigs, cell phone, kindle and ipad.
