Here
I have one of those designer metal engraved ego batteries, they look like this:
designer-graphic-battery.jpg

The problem I'm having is that when I press the button, the blue button light turns on but it doesn't power the atomizer device (whatever I might use, be it a plain boge atomizer, a ViVi tank, a clearomizer, etc.)
When I try and charge it, the battery's light button flashes, indicating it recognizes the charger, but the charger remains green.
This is a new battery that I was able to fully charge and then use briefly. I might have used it an hour when I noticed it wasn't powering the clearomizer I had on it. So, I thought that perhaps the battery was low. Then I tried it a few minutes later and it worked, but for about 2 puffs.
I didn't have any juice leakage, and it all looks perfectly clean. I adjusted that inner metal topper thing, raising it, in case it wasn't connecting to the atomizer device, but still have the no-fire problem.
When I first got this battery, the vendor said it should be able to be charged by the KGO charger I had. Since that did not work, she sent me a free charger and that one did work, though in that period I ended up ordering a Riva set and tried out the Riva charger with this designer battery and it happened to work, so that was kinda odd.

Help? Suggestions?

I forget the mAhs on this thing, but it something between 650-900. I've tried using adapters/battery extenders but those didn't work.

Sounds like one of the wires that runs from the atomizer connection to the control board is badly soldered and is in the process of breaking loose.

This is fairly common with the eGo/kGo clone batteries. It's usually the ground wire. I don't know why, but that's what most posts I've read have indicated.

Can you return it for replacement? I would, since opening it would definitely void any warranty you might otherwise have.
